3 Bedroom Home Guest access The keys are located in a lockbox near the front door. You will receive your unique code on the morning of arrival. It is a self check in property. Business Stays: - Ideal home away from home for those working away or contractors in need of a comfortable space. - GoLocalExtra less than 30 seconds walk away - Local supermarkets and amenities within 5 minute walk of the house - Gym within 3 minute walk to the house - Metrolink, train station and bus stops within 4 minute walk - Oldham is a 14 minute drive away (or 25 minute on the bus) - Manchester is a 20 minute drive away with numerous options of public transport which takes you right into the city centre Pleasure Stays: - 4 minute walk to local retail park that has shopping outlets, fast food restaurants and a gym - 6 minute drive to another retail park that has another gym, swimming pool, arcade and cinema - Many pubs within the area

Other things to note - The property consists of 2 double beds, 1 king sized bed and 1 single bed. This property would be able to sleep 7 people if 6 people are open to sharing a bed - As standard, we provide the following upon arrival - tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil, sauces, toilet roll, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to get you underway for your stay. - Check in time is from 14:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. - Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is a peaceful residential area. - Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee. - A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys. - Properties With Joy provide a hotel standard service in all of our properties. - We’re like a hotel without the staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out. - Please note that we require all of our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID prior to check in which will be requested through a secure link. This is for security and insurance purposes only. Strictly no parties or events in the house. Guests will be asked to provide ID and will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 48 hours of booking. A £250 refundable damage deposit will be pre-authorised before check-in and released up to 3 days after check-out once our property has been checked.
