Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

At Properties With Joy, we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
Please review the terms below carefully before booking.
 

1. Standard Cancellation Policy Unless you have selected a specific "Non-Refundable" rate plan at the time of booking, our standard refund terms are:

  • Full Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date.

  • 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
     

2. Non-Refundable Bookings
If you booked a discounted "Non-Refundable" rate, no refund will be issued upon cancellation, regardless of the notice period provided.
 

3. Processing Refunds Eligible refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
     

4. Security Deposits
Security deposits are a temporary hold (pre-authorization) and are not a charge. This hold is released automatically 3–7 days after checkout, provided no damage or breach of House Rules has occurred.
